A Message To Our Customers- COVID19

Greetings – a Message to Our Valued Customers,

As the COVID-19 coronavirus situation continues to unfold in the U.S., we want to share with you the steps Stronghold Safety Engineering is taking to ensure top level service for you and your organization. We recognize that this is a challenging time for all, and we remain deeply committed to the safety of our employees, customers, suppliers and communities. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all impacted by the coronavirus and to all healthcare workers and everyone working on the front line to contain this outbreak.

Our business continuity plan is focused on providing the best level of support for you as possible, as we navigate this evolving health situation.

Stronghold is monitoring the situation closely and has formed a cross-functional team that is consistently monitoring the current situation to ensure employee and customer safety and provide guidance to all stakeholders. Expectations have been shared with our team regarding personal care, travel, customer meetings, quarantine expectations, CDC guidelines, etc.

We would also ask that you share your organization's expectations of our team members who may come to provide service or work at your site. This would include immediately sharing with us if there would be a situation that would put one of our employees at risk. Thank you in advance for this.

We are continuing with business as usual and our plan is to remain as fully operational as possible under these circumstances and to be prepared to deliver the Stronghold services and products you count on as the situation evolves. Our technology infrastructure and workforce are fully capable of implementing work-from-home strategies as applicable and necessary. Again, the health and safety ofour employees and customers is our utmost priority.
