These metal chuck guards are typically mounted on large lathes.This guard features a front panel that flips open for chuck key access.  The guard flips open towards the back for operations like chuck removal with an overhead crane.  Note: This is a large shield, and may require a few people who are very handy for making brackets and moving heavy objects.
