Stronghold Safety Engineering Observes Fall Prevention Week
During the week of May 2-6, Stronghold Safety Engineering is joining OSHA in observing National Safety Stand-Down to Prevent Falls in Construction.
Falls from elevation are the leading cause of death among employees in the construction industry. In fact, this hazard is responsible for around 35% of all deaths in this field.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration wants to inspire industry leaders to prioritize this risk in their safeguarding plan.
