Shipping Time - Most orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday. If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Unforseen Delays - Please be aware that we depend on our shipping partners and that there can be unforeseen delays at customs or with delivery. 

Delivery - UPS will provide a delivery scan upon delivering the package. We will consider this as a delivered package and will not accept refunds if you state the package was lost or stolen.  All items purchased from Strongholdsafety.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Long Lead Time - Any order with a long lead time (28+ calendar days) will be invoiced/captured on day 28 due to payment capture restrictions.

Fulfillment - Products designated as such will be fulfilled by a 3rd party vendor. These vendors will ship product to you on the behalf of Stronghold.  Shipments may be subject to import fees and taxes.  See Brokerage Fees.

Shipping Service - Orders are shipped using UPS. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the cost of shipping. Individual UPS accounts may be used for all shipments during checkout.

Tracking Number - If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Expedited Shipping - Orders requesting Expedited Services must be placed by 1:00 pm CST. Orders received after that time will be processed the following business day.

Oversized Items - Items that are over-sized, weigh over 50 lbs, or require special handling are subject to a shipping surcharge and additional handling fees.

Sales Tax - Sales tax is charged according to applicable state laws.  Tax exempt customers may contact us to set up a tax exempt account for easy online ordering.

International Shipping - Our online store currently only accepts orders shipping within the United States and Canada. 

Brokerage Fees - Broker, duty, and customs fees are the responsibility of the receiver and are not included in the shipping cost.  If you need any detailed information about these charges please contact your local customs office.
